Remember that each item is made to order which means there is a production time involved before we can ship your product to you.
The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 2–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 2 – 5 business days
- Canada: 8 – 14 business days
USA Shipping Address
- We calculate the shipping costs for an order value of $49.99 or less before taxes based on the product type at checkout.
- Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $50.00 or more before taxes qualify for free standard shipping.
Canadian Shipping Address
- We calculate the shipping costs for an order value of $69.99 or less before taxes based on the product type at checkout.
- Orders shipping to an address in Canada with an order value of $70.00 or more before taxes qualify for free standard shipping.
Express shipping timeframes
- Domestic express shipping: 2-3 business days.
- International express shipping: 3-5 business days.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company based in the United States. We ship from their warehouses located in the United States.

We currently ship to both the United States and Canada with plans to expand to new countries soon!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your order number or use a tracking number or link.
How are your products made?
Every product is made to order. We work with print-on-demand companies that provide diverse products and printing options, and our products are dropshiped to our customers only after a sale goes through.

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us at 30 days of the damaged product delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
